Toni M. McDonough, PE, SE
Her responsibilities include client development, contract development and negotiations, fee negotiations, staff assignment, review of structural engineering projects, and development of company policies, including quality control and quality assurance procedures and Employee Handbook.
Toni takes a client-based approach to her business and focuses on creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients. Believing that satisfied clients are repeat clients, she has instilled in the office a culture of pursuing total client satisfaction, and she and her team have cultivated business relationships that now span decades.
Combining a tradition of design excellence with an appreciation for technological innovation, Toni continues to focus on expanding the firm’s capabilities by investing in new engineering and surveying technologies and the professional development of her staff.
Guy William “Bill” Whitlow, PE
Vice-President, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering Department Head
His work includes municipal, roadway, and site development projects, as well as the design of HVAC, dust collection, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. He has completed projects for several K-12 schools, colleges and universities, local governments, and state agencies.
Prior to joining McDonough Engineering in 1997 and acquiring his professional engineering license in 2000 , Bill spent 18 years as a drafter and staff engineer for a consulting engineering firm.
