McDonough-Whitlow, P.C. was the subconsultant for the Phase II design of the replacement of the structure carrying US 136 over Prairie Creek, seven miles west of US 51. The new structure was a three-span Composite Steel Beam bridge with spill through abutments on concrete filled metal shell piling. The project was a collaboration with Johnson, Depp and Quisenberry as the prime consultant that completed the Phase I work and TS&L, special provisions, quantities and QA/QC for the Phase II bridge work.
