Pine Street Railroad Crossing

Prime consultant for civil engineering design and surveying services for improvement of roadway grades along intersecting streets in Irving, Illinois.  Civil design included adjusting 100 feet of railroad crossing approach roadway grades along Front and Railroad Streets and drainage improvements and coordination with existing utilities (underground water) along Railroad Street.  The work on this section consisted of the roadway profile adjustment and coordination with existing utilities (underground storm sewer) for the proposed improvement of 375 feet of railroad crossing approaches along Pine Street.  Topographic and boundary surveys were also provided.  Work included preparation of plans and specification, production of construction documents, special provisions, estimates, and existing utility coordination during design and construction phases.
